GoHealth needed a way to integrate it's new final expense insurance offering into the website so users could find it.
The problem? Medicare Advantage and final expense insurance must be presented separately to avoid consumer confusion and inappropriate cross-selling.

The solution—reorganizing the website's homepage and changing the site's information architecture to create two separate experiences for each product. Choosing Medicare Advantage or Life Insurance on the global homepage takes the user into the product they need with an easy way to get back and choose a different option.
